Shipping policy

The customer shall pay the predetermined delivery charge determined by the Company as follows. However, this shall not apply when the Company explicitly waives the delivery charge.
The shipping charge within Japan is 440 yen (including tax) for SS-size delivery for purchases of 2,000 yen or less and 880 yen (including tax) for regular delivery. Shipping is free if the purchase amount is 5,000 yen (including tax) or more.
A regular delivery fee of 1,540 yen (including tax) is required for delivery to Okinawa. Still, the SS size delivery fee and free delivery condition for purchases of 5,000 yen (including tax) or more are the same.
Shipping to the U.S. is done via EMS. The shipping fee is 4,000 yen for items weighing 0.5 kg or less, 5,500 yen for items weighing 0.51 kg and 1.5 kg, 10,000 yen for items weighing 1.51 kg and 3 kg, and 20,000 yen for items weighing 3.1 kg or more. Shipping to Singapore is done via EMS. The shipping fee is 2,000 yen for items weighing 0.5 kg or less, 3,500 yen for items weighing 0.51 kg and 1.5 kg, 6,000 yen for items weighing 1.51 kg and 3 kg, and 10,000 yen for items weighing 3.1 kg or more. Delivery of Products
(1) When a customer purchases a product, the Company will deliver said product to the location separately designated by the customer (from now on referred to as "Delivery Address").
(2) We may entrust a delivery company or other third party (from now on referred to as "Delivery Company") with the delivery specified in the preceding paragraph. (Time of delivery)
Time of Delivery of Products
(1) The Company shall deliver the Products to the delivery address promptly after the purchase of the Products is confirmed. However, delivery may take some time due to the Company's business conditions, work conditions, weather, traffic conditions, the area of the delivery destination, etc.
(2) Even in the case of damages incurred by the customer due to a delay in delivery caused by any of the following reasons, the Company shall not be liable to compensate for such damages and shall not be liable to refund or reduce the price or delivery charge
(i) Unforeseeable and unusual traffic obstacles
(ii) earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, storms, landslides, or other natural disasters
(iii) Business stoppage, strike, etc., of the delivery company or public transportation
(3) Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph (1) above, if the customer specifies a specific delivery time (limited to cases in which the delivery of goods according to such time is specifically approved by the Company), the Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of such specified time. Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 1 above, if the customer specifically specifies a delivery date (limited to cases in which the Company explicitly approves the delivery date), the Company shall make its best effort to deliver the Products to the delivery address during the delivery date. The delivery time may be delayed due to weather, traffic conditions, the location of the delivery address, or other circumstances.
Handling if delivery is not completed
(1) If delivery cannot be completed for the following reasons, we may collect the product and charge the customer for the cost (including the delivery company's fees, etc.). In addition, the Company may, at its discretion, terminate the contract regarding the relevant Product.
(i) The delivery address is unavailable, and the customer does not request re-delivery within the delivery company's retention period.
(ii) The delivery address information is incorrect, and delivery cannot be made
(iii) The recipient refuses to accept the delivery.
(2) In the case specified in the preceding paragraph, if the Company incurs any damage, the Company may claim compensation (including reasonable attorney's fees) from the customer.
Delay, damage, etc., caused by the delivery company
(1) We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or damage to goods caused by reasons attributable to the delivery company.
(2) In the event of any trouble or dispute with the delivery company, the customer shall resolve such trouble or dispute at the customer's responsibility and expense, and the Company shall have no obligation to be involved in any way in such trouble or dispute.

If we outsource delivery to a delivery company, please contact the delivery company directly for any inquiries regarding delivery.
Relationship with the Terms of Use
(1) This policy is a part of the Terms of Service, and the provisions of the Terms of Service shall apply to any matter not specified in this policy.
(2) In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Policy and the Terms of Service, the provisions of this Policy shall prevail.
