Refund policy

This policy stipulates the conditions for refunding the price (hereinafter referred to simply as"price") related to the products and services sold or provided by the Company.

(Refund conditions)

1 The Company will refund the received price to the customer only in the following cases.

(I) When goods/services are not sold or provided or are significantly delayed due to reasons attributable to the Company.

(Ii) When the Company recognizes that all or part of the goods or services are damaged or defective.

(Iii) In addition to the items specified in the preceding items, when the Company specifically approves the refund of the price.

2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the Company shall not be obliged to refund the price in any of the following cases. However, this does not apply if the Company specifically permits refund of the price pursuant to item 3 of the preceding paragraph.

(I) If the Company does not sell or provide the goods or services to the customer due to reasons attributable to the customer, or if there is a significant delay (the information necessary for selling or providing the goods or services is not provided, and the goods).・ This includes, but is not limited to, the lack of cooperation by customers necessary for the sale or provision of services.)

(Ii) When all or part of the goods or services are damaged or defective due to reasons attributable to the customer.

(Iii) When the customer has already started using the product or using the service

(Application for refund)

1 If the customer wishes to have a refund of the price, he/she shall apply to the Company for a refund by the prescribed method separately specified by the Company. The cost of this application (including communication costs, mailing costs and other costs) will be borne by the customer.

2. When the Company receives the application set forth in the preceding paragraph, it shall promptly examine whether or not the price can be refunded, and when the examination is completed, it will notify the customer of the examination result by the method prescribed by the Company. To do.

(Refund method/timing)

1 When refunding the price, we will refund the price by the method specified by us separately. We will bear the cost of refund (including transfer fee).

2. The timing of refund of the price based on the preceding paragraph shall be separately specified by the Company.

(Return of goods, etc.)

1. When receiving a refund of the price, the customer shall bring or send the received product to the place designated by the Company by the method specified by the Company separately by the time specified by the Company. However, this does not apply if the Company specifically approves.

2. When the customer receives a refund of the price, he/she shall immediately stop using the services provided or restore the services provided by the time separately designated by the Company. However, this does not apply if the Company specifically approves.

3. Customers are responsible for the costs (including transportation costs, transfer fees, etc.) required for bringing or sending the products specified in the preceding two paragraphs and restoring the services to their original state. However, this does not apply if the Company specifically approves.

(Not applicable to cooling off)

1. When the Company conducts mail-order sales, the provisions regarding cooling-off in the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (hereinafter referred to as the"Specified Commercial Transactions Act") do not apply.

2. Unless otherwise specified in this policy, the customer shall not be able to withdraw or cancel the application for the contract regarding the sale or provision of goods and services (hereinafter referred to as"this contract"). , The text of Article 15-3, Paragraph 1 of the Specified Commercial Transactions Law shall not apply to this contract.

(Relationship with terms of use)

1 This policy shall be a part of the terms of use, and the provisions of the terms of use shall apply to matters not stipulated in this policy.

2. If the provisions of this policy and the provisions of the Terms of Use conflict with each other, the provisions of this policy shall take precedence.
